About 520 owners of the flagship Samsung are preparing to file a claim for compensation for moral damage caused by the campaign to recall devices that the instrument could catch fire and explode. The plaintiffs are demanding reimbursement, time and material, which they allegedly suffered during the return and exchange gadgets, said the head of legal firms Harvest Law Firm on Monday.
