Samsung is in deep knockout. He lost a lot of money: analysts Reuters calculated that the whole story with the Galaxy Note 7 will cost the Koreans in a $ 17 billion. Even sadder that the company made itself a laughing stock: over flammable gadgets ironically, even Barack Obama. Finally, the Asian brand has clearly lost the competition to not only Apple (which was expected), but Google and HTC main Android smartphone, the fall was the Pixel, which received good press and not the Galaxy Note, remaining on the sidelines.

But the Koreans, strangely enough, there is still a chance to fix it: the collapse of mobile-bombs can be equated to a ritual sacrifice, it is able to benefit.

Judge for yourself — the earlier market position was as follows:

  1. Apple releases two main iPhone at the same time. Name one iPhone from another iPhone Plus. Everything is simple and logical.
  2. Samsung flagships came out on the market every six months. One was called Galaxy S, another Galaxy Note. The figures up to 2016 do not coincide: Galaxy Note 5 debuted after the Galaxy S6.

It’s much more difficult, but the Samsung is able to crawl out of the crisis. You need to take only four steps.

People want to hear the real reason down to the last detail — without it the company will return the trust of customers.

second, Samsung Corporation needs to hold a normal program review. Of course, Asians have announced mass return of the devices, but you need to understand that this scheme works properly only in the US and Europe. The people there either agree to exchange (Galaxy S7 plus compensation in the form of coupon in Samsung Store) or just take the money, but in Korea not all users Note 7 even came to notice that the apparatus must pass.

third, Samsung should reconsider your experience with the owners of Galaxy Note 7 whose property was damaged by the explosion. Sometimes, of course, this algorithm embeds a Hollywood star, but the emphasis is firmly on the trolling competition.

At the beginning of 2017, everything should be different. If the Koreans will hire intelligent marketers, we will be able to see a real show with irony about the fire Note 7. In such a scenario, the Prime Minister is much brighter and louder than the dreary listing of specs flagship. And, in assessing the effect that Koreans understand the importance of producing the show, not geek Orgy around the new phone.
