Rosstandart sent a request to the company Samsung, to verify information on the explosion of the battery of the smartphone Galaxy Note 7. This is stated in a statement on the site office.
The request was forwarded to the LLC “Samsung Electronics Rus Company”. Rosstandart asked to provide the necessary clarifications and materials on this issue.
2 September Samsung announced the suspension of sales of Galaxy Note 7 smartphones after finding problems with the battery. The company said it found 35 phones battery malfunction. At the same time Samsung has promised to replace already sold Galaxy Note 7.
Also, the South Korean agency YounHap informed about smartphone battery fire during charging.
