The Karbonn Titanium S9 is a 5.5 inch Android. Given the screen size, this phone will battle it out with the 5.5 inches from LG, the Optimus G Pro, two Samsung phones, the Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy Mega 5.8. A competition with the recent launches Micromax Canvas 4, iBerry Auxus Nuclea N1 can’t be ruled out, as the difference in screen size is just 0.5 inches.

Karbonn Titanium S9 Vs LG Optimus G Pro
The Optimus G Pro has a full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels display with a stunning 400 pixel per inches pixel density. The phone runs Android 4.1 on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 1.7 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM in comparison to the S9′s MediaTek quad-core 1.2 GHz processor and 1 GB supporting RAM.
Both have a similar 13 megapixel primary camera. Karbonn takes a step ahead with a 5 MP secondary camera, while the LG has got a 2.1 MP front shooter.
The LG phone has better UI overlays and premium features, which the Titanium S9 lacks. Battery is something where the LG phone lead, with a 3140 mAh battery, S9 manages with 2600 mAh power.
Optimus G Pro is the clear winner, though it is also twice the price of Titanium S9.
Karbonn Titanium S9 Vs Samsung Galaxy Note 2
Display wise both of these have a 1280 x 720 pixel display on one 5.5 inch screen. The Galaxy Note 2 sports a super amoled screen while the S9 has an IPS panel. Both of these are good.
The Galaxy Note 2 is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-ore ARM Cortex A9 chip and is faster that the Titanium S9′s MediaTek quad core processor based on Cortex A7 chip.
There is a stylus support and better user interface and camera overlays in the Galaxy Note 2, which are absent in the S9. The primary camera in Note 2 is an 8 megapixel on with face and smile detection, touch focus, image stabilization and image editor. Karbonn needs to confirm these features on its camera. With image stabilization, the lesser MP camera also gives nice and crisp pictures.
There is no difference in terms of internal memory and battery. The serious lack in the Note 2 is its non-expandable memory, while the S9′s memory can be expanded up to 32 GB.
If you are ready to compromise on few OS and camera overlays at about Rs 9000 les, the Titanium S9 is definitely a good buy.

Karbonn Titanium S9 Vs Micromax Canvas 4 and iBerry Auxus Nuclea N1
We hope you have read our comparison of the Auxus Nuclea N1 Vs Micromax Canvas 4. In our comparison we found that the Nuclea N1 is better that Canvas 4 in all other aspects (including processor, display, camera features, weight and screen protection), minus camera. Day light shooting will be good, especially if your photography is limited to facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp. But, if you deciding to go with a better camera phone (if camera is of primary importance to one), the Canvas 4 should be the choice.
In other cases the Nuclea N1 makes good choice. The Nuclea N1 costs Rs 15,990 while the Canvas 4 stands at Rs 17999.We think at Rs 4000 less the Nuclea N1 definitely is a better choice over the Titanium S9. For Micromax fans, the Canvas 4 makes a better choice.
Nuclea N1 has a faster processor than the Titanium S9. S9 runs on a MediaTek MT6589 1.2 GHz while the same in Nuclea N1 at 1.5 GHz has an additional Turbo power. The internal memory is just 4 GB that you can expand up to 64 GB and 2800 mAh battery in Nuclea N1. The S9 offers 16 GB internal and 32 GB external storage and 2600 mAh battery. The Nucleas N1 camera has got Canvas 4 like impressive overlays, and a dash of four colour options for the handset makes it a good preference.
Canvas 4 and Titanium S9 sport the same display resolution and Canvas owing to a 0.5 inch smaller screen size, offers better experience. The processor ate the same. The Titanium S9 has a 2600 mAh battery in comparison with Canvas 4′s 2000 mAh battery, and S9 has a bigger screen space to support too.
