According to the latest information on the third-generation planshetofona Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be equipped with 3 GB of RAM, which can be a supplier of Samsung, LG and SK Hynix. Apparently, the manufacturer has decided to increase the amount of memory available for each version of the device: the very first Note has 1 GB of RAM, Note 2 – 2 GB and the Note 2 will have as many as 3 GB.

Samsung already produces 4-GB memory modules LPDDR3 based on 20-nanometer process technology. A similar memory is available and in stock SK Hynix. In the role of the processor is expected to deliver the newest 4-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chip 800 with support for LTE Advanced networks or proprietary 8-core processor Exynos 5 Octa.
Planshetofon will be equipped with 5.7 – or 6-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a 13-megapixel main camera. So in this respect, the possibility of new items will be exactly the same functionality of the flagship Samsung Galaxy S4.
