Moscow. September 19. INTERFAX.RU – Problems with smartphones Galaxy Note 7 issued by the South Korean Samsung Electronic for the Chinese market, not associated with batteries, says the company Amperex Technology, a major supplier of batteries for Galaxy Note 7 in China.
according to The Wall Street Journal, Amperex blames “external factors” in the ignition devices when charging.
Amperex and Samsung held a joint investigation of reported cases of fire and explosions smartphones. As stated in the Amperex, “the preliminary conclusion indicates that there is no direct connection with the batteries manufactured by our company, and the source of heat outside the battery.”
Samsung, on 2 September announced a global recall of smartphones Galaxy Note 7, entered the market only in August of this year, in connection with the identified defect of the battery.
