Android-smartphone Huawei Honor Note 8 will debut August 1 – Overclockers.ru

Huawei company is working on a new smartphone called Honor Note 8 with 6.6-inch screen. Last week, he was certified in the Chinese telecommunications TENAA department and its official debut next week.


According to GSMArena, Smartphone Huawei Honor Note 8 will be presented on August 1st for a special event, Huawei in China. The company has already started sending invitations to the presentation, suggesting that the new smartphone will be equipped with a screen with a resolution 2560h1440 pixels (Quad HD or 4K).



In addition to the 6.6-inch QHD-screen Huawei Honor Note 8 will be equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory, 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera, battery of 4400 mAh, a fingerprint scanner and port USB Type-C . It is based on lies SoC platform with Kirin 955 eight-processor operating at a clock frequency of 2.5 GHz. Also, apparently, it will be released a more affordable version of the Huawei Honor Note 8 with Kirin 950 processor, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. The cost of top-end version of the new smartphone will be 2299 yuan (about 23 thousand), while the low-end model will cost 1999 yuan (about 20 thousand). Both versions are delivered with pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow mobile operating system on board.


By the way, today, Huawei announced a 40 percent rise in revenue in the first half of 2016. At the end of 2016 it plans to get revenue of $ 75 billion versus $ 59 billion in 2015.
