It seems that Hungary has become a “testing ground for” renovation, because the plan Galaxy Note 4 should be renewed until January 2016.
In Europe, the update is already available in several countries. For example, LG G4 updated almost all EU countries. Number of updated devices begins to increase with each passing day, so in December and the beginning of 2016 we should expect even a scattering of such news.
