A preliminary review of Meizu M3 Note: available metal – Mobiltelefon.Ru

It’s no secret that the main sales for the company Meizu does Meilan line, so a series of announcements in 2016 she began it with an affordable model M3 Note. Last year came not aiming at the upper price segment M1 Note, M2 Note, M2 mini and Metal, which was mistaken for M3 Note. Generally Meizu Metal – a strange model. It combines decent performance, cool design, low price, but it is only sold in China for the Chinese operators and is not based on our usual Android, and on YunOS. New Meizu M3 Note should appeal to anyone who wanted to metal Metal, but could not get it for a number of reasons, as well as those who are attracted by design MX5 and Pro 5, but deterred by the price.

After playing with colored plastic and reduce the cost of production of metal housings, Meizu M3 Note placed in a similar MX5 Pro 5 and the shell. For future owners of M3 Note is unambiguous plus – for a reasonable price receive the flagship version (metal, rounded glass – that’s all). But recent buyers are much more expensive and MX5 Pro 5, probably will feel uncomfortable. I am sure that Pro 6 this body will not, because we are waiting for a new design concept.

In the box, in addition to the smartphone, put a needle to extract the SIM / microSD tray, documentation, charger, microUSB cable. We have a sample with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of ROM.

In his hand M3 Note is great (especially nice svaypat on the rounded glass), assembly of test samples is not satisfactory. Buyers can choose from black (black in front and dark gray back), gold (White and gold to back) and white (white front and light gray bottom) colors. Tous was able to see only the white version, but black will certainly be advantageous.

In addition to the body of the metal, the new product offers chipset MediaTek Helio P10 with a graphics accelerator Mali-T860, an extended battery (4100 mAh), 5-megapixel and 13-megapixel camera, 2 or 3 GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of ROM, support for two SIM-cards, 5,5 “Full HD IPS-screen and a fingerprint scanner in the button” home “(button called mTouch 2.1). Meizu M3 Note – the second after Elephone P9000 phone on Helio P10, who was in my arms. Judging by the flagship Elephone, the P10 shows in games similar to the X10 performance, but wait for the full game to test fps up to us to draw definitive conclusions. The same applies to autonomy. Surely it will not disappoint (with a battery), but it is better judged by actual measurements and observations (she Meizu promises up to 17 hours of video playback, for example).

Compared with Meizu M2 Note the specifications have improved almost all fronts. Changes took place more than enough to go with the M1 Note or M2 Note on M3 Note, or choose it as their first available “meyzufona”. My main claim to M2 Note are as follows: is not the most powerful gaming stuffing, no oleophobic coating “normal” working hours and the camera, make good only when sufficient light. The M3 Note almost all these points except the camera fixed. Camera through induced phase focusing faster and more accurate, but the footage with a lack of light is still far from being “good”, the capture angle slightly increased. I will say more – frames and M2 Note M3 Note are very close in quality, often differing only white balance (and not always in favor of the M3 Note, that can be attributed to the early software). Generally Meizu loves dopilivat camera updates (this is easily seen by reading our comparison Meizu the Pro 5 Flyme OS 4 and 5 Flyme OS), so not exactly become worse over time, and can be improved.

Meizu M3 Note

The presentation Meizu has focused on than its competitors. In particular, it went to the brands who have suffered a fingerprint reader from the back of the front panel below the screen. The Meizu believe that the first time they put the scanner back among Chinese brands, they are pioneers (about the Apple iPhone 5S and Samsung Galaxy S5 Chinese tactfully silent). A lot of time has opposed new Meizu M3 Note opponent from Xiaomi – Redmi Note 3, claiming that the M3 Note faster, longer runs, thinner and generally better. I even wanted to push the Meizu M3 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 in comparison … to make such material?

It may seem that the Meizu overpraise a novelty, but it’s really balanced PHABLET, with premium-looking. I think the Chinese manufacturer might well be proud of novelty, which I am sure will be a bestseller in China and good will go to the Russian market. In China release is scheduled for April 11, prices in online stores make up 799 yuan per junior version with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM, and 999 yuan for the top-end version with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of ROM. Russian debut date is not yet known, but is guided by the average price of 17 thousand rubles (+ – 2 thousand rubles.)
