Death Note has got a new director – MegaObzor.com

On Monday, an entertainment portal The Hollywood Reporter reported that Adam Wingard joined Warner Bros. as a director of live-action Death Note. During his career, Wingard managed to shoot low-budget thriller “Guest” and “You’re Next” and horror “The ABCs of Death” and dilogy “W / A / R,” which, judging by the ratings, fans could not be found. Jeremy Slater responsible for the plot, “Lazarus effect” and the new “Fantastic Four”, wrote the script for the film. Warner Bros. acquired the film rights to have more Vertigo Entertainment in 2009.
