Samsung is preparing a 5.9-inch 4K-display for Galaxy Note 5 – Ferra

The Internet got information that the company plans to release the Samsung display with a diagonal of 5.9 inches and a resolution Ultra HD (2160×3840 pixels), executed on technology Super AMOLED. Mass production of these screens should start in August next year – just in time to release the next model in the line Phablet Samsung Galaxy Note, which is usually held in September. The screen will have a really high pixel density: 700 ppi and should provide a truly high-quality image.

Samsung has in the last year mentioned that in 2015 it is planned to develop UHD-display for mobile devices. When a diagonal of 5.9 inches and a resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels pixel density will be as many as 746 ppi. We can assume that it is this screen will receive a new flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note 5, which is expected to be traditionally presented at IFA in September 2015. Regarding other characteristics can still only speculate. For example, the device can receive 810 Snapdragon processor and a higher resolution camera with optical image stabilization.
